I want to post a story and I hope it doesn't cause any conflict or hurt feelings. I don't know why it would, just I think not many people knew this one. I don't remember how old we were but I think that I was 14 amber 13 and our parents trusted us to go to an all night rollerskating party. it was shocking that they let us go. we were the best of friends, always together and usually causing some kind of trouble. so anyways we were really excited that we were being trusted. we did go skating but we didn't stay there the whole night. we met some really cool peple, they lived in the area and invited us to the party. we wanted to go and have a good time, i think it was alot of peer pressure to be cool. so we left and walked to these peoples house, which was crazy it was dark and there was no side walks. it took about 10 minutes and were there. we ended up staying at the party till the next day. we never called our parents or anyone. so of course they were all freaking out and if I remember correctly. there was police from a few towns looking for us. when we eventually got home we were bot grounded for a long time. they never understood why we would do something so stupid, and that we had broken their trust. all in all it was a stupid decision anything could have happened to us. but I had a good time because I was with my best friend. we always had a good time and that's what I miss most. Amber always knew how to make people happy and have a good time. she was such a good friend and I miss her dearly. to this day when I pass through the vicinity of the party I can still hear her laughter and see the smirk on her face, knowing we'd be lucky to see the ligh of day again. :)
